Service Scope

VPNJG provides network acceleration subscriptions for cross-border access and access to international websites, with coverage in 90+ countries and 210+ routes. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes and client downloads are listed in the user panel. Coverage does not mean every route will be connectable at all times.

The service provides network connectivity; it does not provide accounts, memberships or content licenses for third-party websites. Access requirements, account regions and usage policies for third-party platforms are determined by those platforms and should be checked separately. Sign in to the panel to obtain your subscription. Client downloads are available in the panel's download section.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Keep your login details and subscription link secure. Do not publish them or share them with others. Unlimited devices means the account holder may use the service simultaneously on their own devices. It does not permit account sharing, subscription resale or distribution of routes to others.

Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB · ¥18/month includes 250GB · ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packs: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until used and never expire. Data packs that do not expire do not provide unlimited data.

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are accepted. Before paying, check the selected product, price and data rules, and keep your order record. If you notice unusual account activity or a leaked subscription link, change your password promptly and request help through a ticket. Avoid sharing the affected information further.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations where you are located and in any region relevant to your activities, as well as the rules of the websites you access. The service must not be used for unlawful purposes, including infringing others' rights, distributing illegal content, accessing systems without authorization, committing fraud or disrupting network operations.

You must not use the service for malicious scanning, attacks, bulk unsolicited messages or other activities that harm the public network or other users' normal connectivity. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary authorization for third-party accounts, software and content. VPNJG provides connectivity and does not assume responsibility for content you publish or for your specific use of the service.

Availability and Limitations of Liability

Connection performance depends on your local network, device configuration, international links and the status of the destination website. Maintenance, route adjustments, carrier outages or changes to third-party platform policies may interrupt connections or affect access. VPNJG does not guarantee a fixed speed, uninterrupted connectivity or continuous access to any particular platform.

If an issue occurs, provide the client message, platform and circumstances through a support ticket so we can help investigate. Do not submit your password or complete subscription link. For restrictions imposed by third-party platforms, device failures or events beyond reasonable control, the service's responsibility will be determined by the actual cause and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Refund Policy and How to Apply

You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. You do not need to cite a connection issue as the reason. Sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request through the support ticket portal, including the relevant order record so we can verify the payment and process the refund.

We will communicate through panel tickets about the information needed to verify a refund and its progress. You will not be asked to provide your account password. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment provider; no unconfirmed processing timeframe is promised in these terms. Requests made after the period above and other refund disputes that must be addressed by law will be handled under applicable law and the details of the specific order.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If you engage in unlawful use, resell or share a subscription, disrupt network operations or otherwise violate these terms, VPNJG may suspend the relevant connection or terminate account services, depending on the nature of the conduct. You may explain the situation and request a review of the basis for the action through a ticket. Account action does not automatically eliminate any refund request rights or other statutory rights that have already arisen.

When service rules change, VPNJG will update these terms and the last-updated month on this page. Important changes affecting account use, fees or refunds will be announced on the site or in the user panel. Changes will apply as permitted by law and will not unilaterally cancel benefits under orders that have already taken effect.
